She revealed their hotel room covered in red rose petals, before posing in the mirror in cut out dress.
Elisabeth posed with a gold and diamond ring on a perfectly manicured hand.
She also posted a snap of an empty ring box and a love heart during the romantic getaway to Greece.
The mum-of-one was engaged to ex-footballer Jamie O’Hara for seven years, but their relationship broke down two months ago.
She grew close to Kris – who is pals with Jamie – while he worked as her personal trainer.
Elizabeth is now living with Kris after dating for several weeks.
It comes as Katie sensationally revealed she had split again from her fiancé Carl Woods and told strangers she was single during a boozy night out.
The Sun revealed pals insisted their relationship was over despite the pair showing a united front on Instagram yesterday.
The former glamor model, 44, was enjoying a solo night out in Brighton after returning from her getaway to Thailand with Carl.
“Katie was letting her hair down and telling people that her engagement with Carl was over,” an onlooker said.
“She said that the couple had been rowing non-stop on holiday and things had come to blows with her deciding to call it a day when they returned home.
“Those close to Katie hope it is over for good after their rocky romance has taken its toll on her.”
