Who is? no one. I just couldn’t think of a title. I’m bad with names and titles.
I’m here to talk about pills, not the 28-day kind, but the diet kind.
I read an article about fat kids and if it’s their parents’ fault that they ended up that way. Some say you can’t blame the parents for it, but i think it’s the parents’ responsibility to have their kids eat the right kind of food.
Take for example my mom’s youngest sister. She has 3 boys and her first born is the only one who eats “human food”, and he’s even picky. Her second son grew up eating instant noodles, which is really, really bad for the body. Noodles are good for small meals but they’re not entirely healthy especially if they’re instant. He only eats those till he was 10, then he was eating fried chicken, and sometimes spaghetti, but only if it came from Jollibee. Her youngest son doesn’t eat, but only drinks milk. It wasn’t until he was 8 when he started eating instant noodles.
At a young age, the 2 youngest sons of my aunt are fat kids, and i think that’s what she wanted. Because the youngest was so skinny before. But being fat doesn’t mean healthy, in fact, most fat kids are unhealthy because of the lifestyle they parents’ brought them up in. And then when they get older, they’d have to result to taking diet pill. So i’m saying the parents’ are partly responsible for their child’s obesity, aside from other factors.
There’s nothing wrong with taking diet pill, but when you do, you’re still advised to eat the right kind of food, a balanced meal, and exercise to keep in shape.
