i followed fruityoaty’s comment and am now using Bad Behavior plugin. i’m not sure if i did it right and if it’s working but it’s better to be safe than sorry… 
The gallery i have been working on since yesterday is going to be up soon. i’m still doing a few tweaks here and there and maybe design a layout for it and will be done. YAY!
oh my blog layout is still sitting in its folder, untouched since the last i opened it. LOL.
i have a new domain, which is already installed with WP 2.1. It will contain the freebies that i will be making, and hopefully free layouts too.

Hey, I’m testing your comments form. To be honest, sometimes Bad Behavior can get a little overzealous in its filtering activities (previous buggy versions used to block valid commenters), but for the most part the current version of 2.10 is pretty good and stable. Well, if it doesn’t work for you, you can always deactivate eh?
BTW, it also keeps a log of what’s being submitted (including IPS) in a SQL table.
