I just finished watching episode 7 of Heroes season 2. It’s making more sense now though it still leaves you hanging. WARNING!! For people who haven’t seen season 2, or any of the latest episodes, this entry has SPOILERS!!!

I so hate (yet i still love..) stories with time travel issues, it makes you really think and put the pieces of the puzzle together. And i LOVE puzzles. So does that make me kind of like Sylar? I think i like finding out how things work, but i prefer Peter’s powers more. SPONGEY! Come to me all you people with amazing abilities, let me copy them! MUWAHAHAHA!!

So let’s start. Hiro Nakamura, Yaeko and her father were seized by Takezo Kensei with the help of White Beard and his minions. Need not worry as they would escape! And Hiro needed to go back and destroy White Beard’s guns to save the future! But he had an encounter with Takezo Kensei, they fought and things didn’t end well. Hiro thinks the Kensei is dead but he sure is in big surprise, you’ll find out later, it’s part of the episode’s ending. Anyway, Hiro takes the Kensei’s burnt mask and went back to the present to his good friend Ando.

Noah Bennet found the paintings he was looking for, and amazingly, i think 5 out of the 8 paintings of the late Isaac Mendez will unfold in this single episode.

Then we find Mohinder Suresh with Nikki Sanders, and Bob trying to evacuate everyone out of the building. Matt Parkman and Nathan Petrelli coming behind Bob informing Mohinder about Matt’s dad Morry, who got Molly trapped in a nightmare. They had a plan to stop him. Nathan confronted Bob and asked what was really going on, why were they being hunted and who the hell is this Adam character. Meanwhile, Suresh and Nikki went to get a vial of the virus to try and inject Morry. Little do they know that he was just around the corner, playing with Nikki’s thoughts, making her see her worst nightmare. Then she went crazy and attacked Suresh, got away with the syringe and looked for Bob.

Matt talked to the comatose Molly and tells her he loves her. He heard the racket and tried to get out of the room but instead found himself in the nightmare where Molly was trapped. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Matt tries to call his fathers attention using his ability and instead drags him into the nightmare. They had a talk about what happened in their past and Matt successfully trapped his father in his own nightmare. Talk about getting a dose of your own medicine.

The brainwashed Peter Petrelli finds himself with the Irish Caitlin in New York city at the year 2008. Clearly, he unconsciously traveled through time, a time where a the whole city was evacuated and apparently a virus spread, having thousands of people dead. They were captured by a group of people where they were thought to have been infected. Peter and Caitlin were separated and then Peter later finds out what happened and was visited by Angela Petrelli. While watching this scene i thought Morry was playing with Peter’s head but he clearly wasn’t, and really traveled through time. Angela told Peter the truth and made him try to remember about his past, and he did. He remembered his mother and as they were being led to “home”, Caitlin calls for Peter’s attention, apparently she was being deported back to Ireland.

Peter was suddenly back to the place where he and Caitlin were before they time traveled. OH MY GEEE!!! Caitlin was left in the future! Doesn’t this suck? Now what happens to her? I don’t think we’ll ever know because she doesn’t really have abilities so the story won’t focus on her unless she’s with Peter. Anyway, Peter is in a desperate position, after learning about the future, and losing Caitlin in the future, he asks himself who this Adam is on the note he found. Then enter Takezo Kensei, who turns out to be Adam.

Dun dun dun… The plot thickens. So all those time, he was never dead, and having an ability same as with Claire Bennet, he didn’t age at all. So does that mean Claire will look young forever? Now here’s a thought, if having an ability such as cell regeneration and it apparently doesn’t make you age, how come Claire and Adam reached that certain stage of aging? Did i make sense? And if Hiro was in the past, does that make him the Kensei he always believed in? Time travel is so confusing. There’s so many flaws that most people overlook because all they focus on is how the story is, not how the untold story will go from where they left of. Then again, why bother yourself with something that is all fiction? Now let’s see, Maya, Alejandro, and Sylar were not featured in this episode.. maybe to prolong the suspense.

I can’t wait to find out what will happen next!
