wpthemedesigner.com rocks because i got the theme i’m using there. They have really cool themes that you can easily customize. I even subscribed to the RSS feed (weeks prior to the contest/rules) to be updated with what’s latest with that site.

I want the video camera because i like taking videos as much as i love taking photos. I use my digicam’s video recorder function to do so and had even bought a 4gb sd card to accommodate the videos i take. I’m sure having a flip mino video camera would be awesome!

I want to win this contest because i can’t afford to buy gadgets i want/need. And i honestly haven’t won a contest ever. For real. Wouldn’t it be really cool if i won this one?

I should fix my smilies. It has been long overdue. I should find new smilies that interest me. Hmm..

I just got home from Lala’s. She almost didn’t let me go again but i told her to let me so that i could come back early tomorrow. Plus it was too late to get brain juices going. Tomorrow will be the day.

I also have tons of videos to upload. Not really tons, just a lot. And i should bring my camera tomorrow over at Lala’s to take videos of her cute son. I just found out how to make him dance. LOL.

The WP PDA plugin works quite well. I would recommend it to my fellow bloggers so they could still bloghop via WAP. I would sure spend a lot of time bloghopping if only i had a WAP phone.

Speaking of phones, i saw an ad for LG’s new phone model. It’s LG KU990 Viewty and its features interest me so i searched for it. It might just be the phone i need/want. You can see it’s features here. I love it! Though i don’t think it’s available in the Philippines yet. It’s price is $600 US dollars and i don’t know how accurate that is. I’ll just settle with any WAP phone then.

Another phone that had me interested is Blackberry. I’ve seen people use Blackberry phones so i searched for it too. I wonder if it’s available here? Hmm..

Anyway, it’s getting late and i have to go. I’ll update as soon as i can. And sorry i didn’t put pictures though i would usually do.

I have had a computer since i was nine years old. I was considered lucky because i was the first in our school to have my very own personal computer. My mom was earning big back then and she thought it would be nice to have a computer to help me in my studies. I was not allowed to play games in it except the educational ones like Encarta, which had some games in it like trivias, and there was one named The Animals which features animals and their description, some had sounds too. Another educational game i had was about an Alien. I forgot what it was, but it has coloring and games that a kid would really learn from. I also had a geographical game. I think it was called Nigel’s something. It was my favorite of all because it was like Dora or something. LOL. I can’t really remember much except that i really, really loved using the computer.

This PC that i have is the third set I’ve had. When i graduated from high school my mom promised to get me a laptop because it was ideal for me and i really think that it would inspire me to “study”. Unfortunately, something happened that caused my mom’s suspension from work. She didn’t really do anything bad but someone was going against her and it’s really a long story.

Anyway, despite our financial crisis, i was able to save up to $1200 in 2005. Back then the laptop that i wanted cost around $1800-$2000. I was nearing my goal, i was so close to having a laptop. But that year was tough for us, and mom had to some of my savings to invest in a small business. She would get it back easily anyway. Then that year she also brought me to Jakarta, Indonesia. We brought $300 from my savings and i was hesitant to spend at first but then she gave me the go signal to shop since she said we would get the money back. But money problems grew bigger and i had to give up my dreams of having a laptop. I’m ok with it because this time, i’ll be saving money through what i do and be able to purchase a laptop for myself and maybe even for my mom.

That’s my laptop story.

A couple of months ago, I signed up for PayPerPost. I have been reading about it in different blogs that are into blog advertising, and i thought, there’s no harm in trying, right? I heard the pay is good and there are lots of opportunities. I was rejected twice before I was finally accepted for the program.

Now that i was accepted, I can’t wait to earn and save enough money for a laptop. It’s what i’ve always wanted. Then maybe buy stuff for my pug, Kendo, whom we love so much. Like clothes and carriers, or food. And of course, I’d also purchase gadgets. I’m thinking of getting an iPod or PSP, or whatever I could gets my hands into that I could afford. I’d also look for shoes! Because I have big feet and I find it hard to look for shoes in my size, I’d often resort to buying men’s shows instead.

I think most of my blog roll is into PPP. Some have been earning money for months now, and some are trying to earn more! I do hope I would be able to take more opportunities and earn more money. So I could buy more stuff!

I surfed through SaveBuckets and found it quite accessible for online shopping. The site’s purpose is to help the consumer find a great deal on any product the consumer is looking for. I’m not that knowledgeable in currency conversion but i’m pretty sure that the products they are showing are cheaper than most. The buying guide makes it easier for someone who doesn’t have an exact idea what he/she is looking for, also for people who are just browsing around. Price comparison makes it also easier for the consumer to decide on which product would best serve its purpose based on the consumer’s budget. The availability of social bookmarks at the near bottom of the page makes sharing product information easier.
