I recently joined Nuffnang. If i remember correctly, that was last week only.

Why i joined? I was curious. I have seen their banner on the majority of the blogsites i visited. One time i clicked the banner and read about Nuffnang.

Nuffnang is Asia’s first blog advertising network. That’s what’s cool about it, it’s local! It first served in Malaysia and Singapore, and now, it has arrived in the Philippines!

I also found out today that i was eligible for Glitterati. It is a club exclusive for Nuffnang bloggers. It’s an automatic eligibility for not being a part of any other blog advertising network in South East Asia. Nuffnang Glitterati members get more benefits than non-exclusive members. Isn’t that cool?

I can’t wait for the program to begin. I heard it’s this October.

So far, i think i got everything going now. I was too stupid at first, because i forgot to put the code on the comment.php file for the anti-spam plugin. Good thing Jaleesa Ymed me and notified me of the problem. Thanks sis!

I got new plugins installed again, as usual. As much as possible i want to keep the list of plugins to use at a minimum but there’s just too many plugins that makes blogging easier. I can’t help it!

Anyway, if you find any problems within this blog, please inform me so i could fix it right away.

Oh, i still need the plugin of emoticons, though i rarely use emoticons when i write. So i guess i won’t need it at all. Haha.

Another thing i need/want is something to fix my links page, i found a plugin for that but it’s not what i want it to be. LOL. But it will have to do for now.

After a week off the radar i am finally back and is now on a new host. I signed up for the free hosting service because the specs it offered is sufficient with my needs for now. Though it was supposed to be up since yesterday, i don’t mind.

I’m also using a new theme which i found at Top WP Themes. This theme was developed by Web Hosting Geeks. As of now, it looks shitty. I’m still figuring out how to show the thumbnails. I followed the instructions but it seems It’s not working. I’ll try again tomorrow. I’ve been working on this for 6 hours now, putting up all the plugins again. I lost some of them so I’m still figuring out what I’m missing.

The DSL connection seems kind of slow today. Maybe it’s because of the bad weather. It’s been raining all day! But then again, there’s also the possibility that it has got something to do with my PC.

I’m cooking up 2 new projects, one i plan to start today. I’ll blog about it later when the photo i need is uploaded. As of right now, i’m still transferring pictures to my PC.

The other project is creating a new blog. All gossips i’ll catch over the web will be blogged there. And this blog will contain all music, movies or music from movies, and advertisements that i’ll get my hands on. I’m thinking, i have like 3 self-hosted blogs as it is, can i handle another one? We’ll see. I’ll use the K2 theme for the other blogs for now. Content is more important as of the moment.

I have finally finished editing the theme i got from WP Theme Designer. I love the simplicity of the colors. The sidebars aren’t widget ready but i don’t mind editing them manually. At the moment i’m satisfied with what i have accomplished. To think i spent 3 days on this one. Not only with the tweaking of the theme but also with the plugins and links to update. Pages seem to load really slow.

Now i will concentrate on getting higher PR for links assignments. And also making friends online. Oh i just hope i have all the time for that. I do procrastinate too much.

I have to go for a while. Mom wants me to mail something for her friend. And i also have to buy rice grains. We just ran out.

I could activate it now but there are still some tweaks i need to do with it. It sucks that i’m out of practice with coding and CSS. I can’t figure out how to put my flickr-rss here. hahaha! it keeps showing up in bullet form. Though so far, it looks good. I can’t think of anything else i need to put in it at the moment, maybe tomorrow i’ll remember something.

This afternoon i went to Shangri-La to get my eye glasses fixed. Unfortunately, they don’t have the same frame as the one i broke. Mom got that from Jakarta so the frame is different than the ones they had at the optical shop. The lady said they could probably make it fit one of their available frames there. The only problem is that the cheapest they had costs Php 3000! Damn. I would not spend money like that. So what i did, like last time, i chose a reading glass and had the lens changed to the grade of my eyes. Luckily they had a style i liked and it’s plastic too! I won’t get rashes like last time.

Afterwards, i went to Megamall to look for A-1 driving school. Yes, i’m going to learn how to drive just when the price of gasoline is waaay up. LOL. I took a brochure to show mom then decided to go home. But i passed JB Music store and i suddenly remembered my guitar and how i’ve been wanting to have a tuner.

Everything seemed to be on sale nowadays. Mom said it has something to do with the recession in the States. :devil: Anyway, the guitar tuner was on sale at Php 450, i think. The guy said the original price was around Php500++, which was still cheaper than the last time i checked.

I’m just happy because now i can tune my guitar anytime and i could practice till i get better. :big_smile:

Blog world, that is. I decided to go online earlier than normal today because i was so excited to edit and put up the new theme i found last night. To my surprise, my wp-config was missing. I don’t have a back-up of that file and since i installed my wordpress through Fantastico, i did not know the database password of the database name.

Fortunately, i could still access my database and transfered the tables to a new database. Not much harm done.

that this site is too cluttered to fix and the fact that i have no time and am too lazy to do so makes it easier to leave it as it is. I have had this blog for 3(?) years now and with all the procrastinating, it is still under construction. WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT? -sigh-

I have established my new blog¹ which could be found here. I know, i know, you’re thinking that “it’s another blog that she will neglect in the next few months or so”, but i really think this is it. I will carefully fix the pages and organize categories. I really, really want to start from scratch plus, this one is sooo commercialized and i plan to keep it that way. IF i could still get the PR and Alexa rank up. I’ll have to work on that.

Oh, i also have thought about the fact that there are times that i want to blog about something but by the time i get to sit in front of my PC, i forget what it is that i want to blog about. So i thought i’d make video-logs! Yep. Since i have my camera with me all the time, i might be just doing that.

I have e-mailed my host regarding my cpanel password. i forgot my cpanel password for the 2nd time. This sucks. Just when i felt like doing something with my blogsites. I’m not in a hurry. I could wait. But before i signed up for this, i thought that the support was up 99% of the time. Oh well. I do understand that everyone is busy with their own lives.
