Barney pulls out all of his greatest tricks to get himself back into the dating scene.
After their break up, Barney tries to get back in the dating game by using the playbook while Robin insists that she is going to focus on her career. Ted and Marshall tells Robin about people who swore off love and then getting married a few months later. Meanwhile, Lilly tries to convince Barney that he does not need the playbook to get a date.
