Archie chose Veronica over Betty
I’m talking about the Archie comics. It was posted in MSNBC on May 30 that Archie Andrews proposed to Veronica Lodge and left Betty Cooper heartbroken.
I’ve read some Archie comics when i was younger, i even have my copies in the shelf. But i stopped purchasing them as i grew older. I’m still a fan, but growing up, i bought books instead of Archie comics. Now i kind of regret it. I should have continued purchasing these fun to read comic.
I always thought that Archie will choose Betty, but i guess the recession made him think twice about it and chose the rich, snobby Veronica. Though, if i remember correctly, Archie has always loved Ronnie, and Betty was just a friend that he loved in a different level. Maybe platonic love.
This news had me so intruiged that i will buy Archie comics again. I may even do this today, i’ve been craving to get out of the house.
