Mom bought a couple of new cellphones the other day. A Nokia 2600 classic and a 1680 classic. They were cheap, slick, light and serves the function that mother needs. She gave me her Nokia 6233, which i now enjoy. I put a 2gb. memory card and have downloaded tons of games and music into it. Mom realized that she doesn’t really need a phone like that, though she needs a quadband phone because she’s always out of the country.

She still kept asking for the phone she gave me because of the games, and i was kind of pissed because she wants to know the lock code and i didn’t want to tell her because then she’d find out and go through my messages or whatever is in my “new” phone. So i had to change the lock code temporarily until i find a way to get her games to her new phones. That was one thing i was trying to do for 3 days now, i was looking for an application that lets me send the games to her phone because i didn’t have a bluetooth device for my computer. Though i found an application (File Explorer) that allows me to hide/unhide folders. I was finally able to put some pictures i didn’t want her to see. No, they’re not scandalous. Just some secret stuff.

Anyway, this afternoon i finally got the chance to buy a bluetooth device and downloaded games for her phone. I’m free!!! I can keep all my secrets to myself!! muwahaha! And the bluetooth device i bought was cool because i can access the content of my phone without having to remove the memory card and use the reader. I can also directly send files to the phone! Isn’t that cool or what? I’m just so happy. I’m still downloading stuff. :kawaii:

So i’ve heard. Mom told me that the stores in the U.S. are closing because of the recession, there are sales everywhere! I’ve asked her for a couple of stuff if she finds them on sale. Ate J also told me that the Starbucks stores are closing in Melbourne. The one nearest to hers has closed and she has no idea where to get her Starbucks coffee. I haven’t heard from her in the past month. I wonder how she is.

I’ve been craving for a Starbucks coffee whenever i’m in a mall. I don’t buy though because i’m saving money for more important stuff. Fortunately, here in the Philippines, Starbucks stores are still around.

I miss playing The Sims2. I could play whenever i want but it would probably take up 6-8 hours of my day. And that’s half of the time i’m awake. Creating a house and furnishing it takes 2-4 hours to finish and i don’t know if it’s just me or it really takes that long.

Are coffee tables a necessity? I ask because we don’t have on in the house. I don’t think we have any use for it. I’ve been to houses that has a coffee table, i guess we just don’t get that many visitors in the house.

A few weeks back i blogged about planning gifts for my godchildren. I saw this Bugaboo stroller and i love it so much! I love the color, for one thing. It costs $759. Whoa! Too much i say. But it’s just so lovely and for sure it’s safe.

I’m such a bad blogger. I keep on going on short hiatuses from time to time. But i guess they’re pretty normal for someone who has an offline life. Though i don’t think i have THAT kind of offline life. I’ve just been bumming out and watching TV or DVD instead.

Anyway, i finally had the chance to go over at Lala’s to work on our thesis. We talked about what to do first and decided to start the next day. but i haven’t been back because of headaches and dysmenorrhea. Maybe tomorrow.

We had lots of catching up to do. i haven’t seen her since early April. She drives now and told me that she almost got into an accident a few months back. She didn’t worry much because she had car insurance, but still. It was fortunate that the accident didn’t actually happen.

I was hoping to go there tomorrow, but i just remembered that there’s an acquaintance party at ACLC ECLI and i so wanted to go. I’ll still think about it.

They’re back together and this picture just reminds me of The Notebook. I didn’t even know they were going out then broke up, and now they’re back together. They look good together and i love The Notebook, i might watch it again this week.

Miley Cyrus will be celebrating her 16th birthday at Disneyland. For some reason, i have nothing else to add with that.

My favorite Gwen Stefani gave birth to a baby boy¹ and named him Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. Talk about a unique name. She was probably into the game “Zuma” when she was pregnant with the boy. Joke!

I miss No Doubt. My favorite album from the band is Tragic Kingdom. I have loved it since i was 9. I know majority of the songs in the album by heart and i still listen to them now! I also love songs from their more recent albums. But still, Tragic Kingdom rocks!!

Golf is a rich man’s game. Lately, I’ve been hearing about golf more often than usual. I have a friend who golfs. We’re not really close but i have been to his house one time, like 5 years ago. I have seen his golf equipment but haven’t seen him play so i have no idea if he’s good or not. Then again, i don’t know anything about golf so how could i tell, right? But saw trophies which he said he won from competing internationally.

I know some of my mom’s friends who plays golf. Some even ask her to buy golf equipment from the States because it’s cheaper, they say. I guess i could recommend them a site where they could check out golf equipment from http://www.theworldofgolf.com

Apparently this was the feed from Britney Spears’ OWN mike during a Las Vegas performance. It sounds horrible. But then again, i was thinking of how hard it is to sing and dance at the same time. You’d have a hard time breathing and when you have a choreography to perform, it’s hard to keep your focus on the song. But even with that consideration, she still sounds horrible.

I’m just not in the mood to blog lately. I am enjoying watching DVDs while mom is away. Hmm.. but since i’m already online. Might as well do some posts.
