Mark and his colleagues set off to Washington, DC., to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee about their flashforward. This has something to do with the funding of their division to continue with the investigation of the Mosaic. They face some difficulties with the Senate but everything fell into place. As they were leaving, they were ambushed and what it was about, we will find out in the next episode.
