Another classic fairytale comes to life as Walt Disney Animation Studios produces The Princess and the Frog. We all know that the frog turned into a prince when the princess kissed it, but in this Disney version, the princess turns to a frog and I’m sure that’s where the adventure starts. It will be the 49th animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics and the first 2D-animated film by Disney since 2004′s Home on the Range.
Directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, The Princess and the Frog is set to be released on December 11, 2009. Starring the voices of Terrence Howard, Anika Noni Rose, Keith David, Jennifer Cody, and Oprah Winfrey!
A fairy tale centered on a young girl named Princess Tiana who lives in New Orleans’ French Quarter during the Jazz Age.
