I just blogged about Heroes and now i’m back because i just finished watching the 2-hour 4th season episode.
Volume 5 is about Redemption andthe first two episodes just left me hanging, wanting more. Tracy Strauss is alive and seeks revenge, Peter Petrelli is still trying to save people’s lives as a paramedic, Nathan/Sylar is experiencing changes that he cannot explain, Claire is trying to live a normal life in college, Matt Parkman is back with his family but is experiencing hallucinations of Sylar wanting his body back, and Hiro Nakamura continues to have problems with his power. I hope I didn’t spoil anything.
A group of carnies who have special abilities are introduced in this volume, what they are about is what we’ll find out in the next weeks to come. The story has definitely gone a long way from “Save the cheerleader. Save the world.”, where they were just a group of people with abilities whose lives are connected and are bound to save New York from the exploding man.
I’m still wondering whatever happened to the Irish girl that was left in the future, she’s gone forever? Peter didn’t go back and save her. Oh well.
