There’s news going around that Lady Gaga was speculated of being a hermaphrodite. I didn’t even hear about it till Helga plurked it yesterday. I would have probably heard about it if i had been reading my RSS feeds like i used to. I’m just so pre-occupied these days.
Here’s the source of the said story. Apparently, this rumor started when her photos came out looking like she has something between her crotch. And that article also said that Lady Gaga confirmed this rumor in her blog, stating:
Its not something that I’m ashamed of, just isn’t something that i go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but i consider myself a female. Its just a little bit of a penis and really doesnt interfere much with my life. the reason I haven’t talked about it is that its not a big deal to me. like come on. its not like we all go around talking about our vags. I think this is a great opportunity to make other multiple gendered people feel more comfortable with their bodies. I’m sexy, I’m hot. i have both a poon and a peener. big fucking deal.

I don’t know how true this is, i still need to research it. If it is, however, i have nothing against it. I still love her songs because they are fun and makes me want to dance!
